This one is waiting for the ground to dry out before being delivered;  the rain holds up painting, getting earthworks ready if necessary – this one is waiting for a retaining wall and a pad, so hopefully will go out in couple of weeks.

Imagine this with a couple of windows and a glass sliding door – great all purpose room.
